Of Peace
My anger is non-violent.
Still she'll burn with
A fire which licks
The heavens.
Screams in bloody
Specters
Of fuming color,
To ignite the depths,
And bowels
Of this earth.
Quaking,
To roast us all
Alive in our bones,
With pleasure,
If necessary and good.
My anger is non-violent;
Yet the rage my fire
Maintains
Moves mountains.
Parts crowds
Like the Red
Sea, sends echos of
Destruction
Across cities and
Generations alike,
Lightning
Reborn as Peace
On the tip of
My tongue.
My anger is non-violent
And least we forget,
She exists.
